Biography

David practices in a wide range of legal fields. He is known for his unique ability to resolve difficult and complex cases. Whether it is a creative negotiator or a fierce litigator, David is able to thoughtfully and thoroughly approach each situation to fit his clients’ needs. He has successfully argued at all levels of the Virginia judiciary, including the Supreme Court of Virginia. See D&MRE, LLC v. Kyus Enterprises, Inc., 2017 Va. LEXIS 163 (Nov. 2, 2017). When he is not in the office, David enjoys working on his farm and spending time with his wife and daughters.
